In this paper, combined with years of practical experience, the author introduces the piano tuning technology from the piano tuning method, posture, listening, tuning steps four aspects. Expounds the tuning of the human ear hearing listening, and piano tuning steps, to be hand in hand, realize the piano tuning rapidly and accurately.%本文结合自己多年的实践经验，从钢琴的调律方法、姿势、听音、调律步骤四个方面介绍了钢琴的调律技术。详细阐述了人耳听觉调律的听音，以及钢琴调律的步骤，做到手耳并进，实现对钢琴快速、准确的进行调律。
