基于岗位胜任力的中高职物流专业课程衔接体系探讨

         

摘要

With the development of social economy, for the application of talent should adhere to the principle of men, and post competency is the direct embodiment of the principle. Post competency is a unit or organization to distinguish the specific jobs and environment performance levels of personal characteristics, different professional post competency is the existence of differences. Based on post competency to build the effective cohesion and higher vocational technical secondary school is the important content of vocational education system, also is the key to improve the quality of vocational education. This article takes post competency theory as the guide, discusses the physics major in vocational curriculum mode, in order to give some reference to higher vocational logistics professional education, higher vocational logistics professional the good teaching effect.%随着社会经济的发展,对于人才的应用应坚持人尽其才原则,而岗位胜任力就是该原则的直接体现。岗位胜任力是某一个单位或者组织区分在特定职业岗位和环境下的绩效水平的个人特征,不同职业岗位的胜任力是存在差异的。基于岗位胜任力来建立中职和高职的有效衔接是职业教育体系的重要内容,也是提高职业教育质量的关键所在。本文通过以岗位胜任力理论作为指导,探讨中高职物理专业课程衔接方式,以期为中高职物流专业教育提供一定的参考,实现高职物流专业的良好教学效果。
