古代书院“从游”教育传统及其现代启示

         

摘要

“从游”作为一种独具特色的教育方式,是在春秋战国时期伴随着士阶层的出现而逐渐形成的。其主要价值在于弟子们以主动求学为动力,自觉追随老师左右,与老师朝夕相处中耳濡目染其德行、向老师求学问道中感知效仿其人格。古代书院继承了这种教育传统,教授与生徒在共同生活中形成了志同道合、亦师亦友的师生关系,创建了开放平等、民主自由的学术环境,使道德教育自然寓于知识教育之中,取得了卓著成绩。研究古代书院的“从游”教育传统,对于现代高校重建和谐师生关系与有效进行道德教育具有一定的启示意义。%"Congyou"as a unique way of education, accompanied by the scholar class and gradually formed in the spring and autumn and Warring States period. Its main value lied in the disciples to active study power, consciously follow the teacher, and the teacher to ear or head its virtue, perceived emulate their personality to the teacher in the school. The ancient academy inherited this tradition of education, professors and students formed a like-minded, mentor and friend of the relationship between teachers and students in common life, created the open equality, democratic and free academic environment, made the moral education in the education of natural knowledge, made remarkable achievements. Study of ancient academy"congyou"educational tradition, has the certain enlightenment significance of moral education for modern universities to rebuild a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
