基于心理资本的大学生就业能力提升路径研究

摘要

Aiming at the existing problems in college students' employment ability, psychological capital theory as the foundation, to promote the employment ability and put forward the suggestions and countermeasures, improve their psychological capital, so as to enhance their employment competitiveness.%针对当前大学生就业能力培育中存在的问题，以心理资本理论为基础，对提升大学生就业能力提出建议和对策，提高他们的心理资本，从而增强他们的就业竞争力。
