法人治理结构：重构高校与外部关系的路径选择--基于G学院的案例研究

摘要

“National long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)”refers building new relationship between government, school and society. The key to reconstruct of the relationship between university, government and society is to solve excessive government intervention in school and the shortage of community participation in school education .G College explores the corporate governance structure. Besides improving internal governance structure, building external governance structure for the university, government, society and providing consultative institutional arrangements and communication platform is reconstructing path Selection of university and external relationship.%《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》提出要“构建政府、学校、社会之间新型关系”。重构高校与政府、社会之间的关系，关键在于解决政府对学校干预过多，以及社会参与学校办学不足的问题。G学院探索法人治理结构，在不断完善内部治理结构同时，构建外部治理结构，为高校、政府、社会联系提供一种协商的制度安排和沟通平台，是重构高校与外部关系的路径选择。
