探究教育心理学在高职教学管理中的应用

With the research of pedagogy and educational psychology and other interdisciplinary unceasingly thorough, improve the overall quality of students has become the core of contemporary education. To understand the learning motivation, learning migration and individual development rule in educational psychology, to correct the students' learning motivation, cultivating students' learning ability is very important for migration. Based on the full use of the rules of educational psychology, teaching psychology and mode, can effectively improve students' learning quality and efficiency, so as to further improve the efficiency of teaching management in higher vocational colleges.%随着对教育学与教育心理学等交叉学科的研究不断深入，实现学生素质的全面提高已经成为当下教育的核心。了解教育心理学中学习动机、学习迁移及个体发展的规律，对于端正学生学习动机、培养学生迁移学习能力至关重要。在充分利用教育心理学规律的基础上，拓展教学心理学的视野和模式，可以有效地提升高职学生的学习质量和学习效率，从而进一步提高高职教学管理效率。
