探讨孝感市某中职改革中面临的问题

objective:to study the XiaoGanShi some vocational schools prone to the main problems in the reform, and find out why there will be a problem. Methods:objective analysis XiaoGanShi issues a vocational schools in recent years, college attitude towards the problem in the development of policy. Results:although some policy incentives on several main problems has improved, but the effect is not obvious. Conclusion:still need to develop a more scientific, more in line with market policies to promote the reform of the college.%目的：探讨孝感市某中职院校在改革中容易出现的主要问题，并找出为什么会出现问题。方法：客观分析孝感市某中职院校在近年来出现的问题，学院在制定发展政策时对待问题的态度。结果：一些政策激励对几个主要问题虽有改善，但效果仍不明显。结论：仍然需要制定更科学、更符合市场的政策来推进学院的改革。
