论如何在地学课程教育中培养学生的定量技能

         

摘要

The development of quantitative skills of student is key issues and required for geosciences courses at all levels of this curriculum. Since the basic geosciences curriculums are introduce to student at earlier stage of their study, the quantitative skills can also be introduce to student at the same time. The present study mainly focuses on how to blend the quantification into the basic geosciences curriculum. Some of the important findings include:design the teaching strategy at the department level and implement the quantitative skills and concepts at all levels of geosciences curriculum is important;additionally, select meaningful geo-problems and building the interest of student is also a key issue. The conclusion is that consider the requirement of student and the content of curriculum, design the teaching plan at more detailed and systematic approach is helpful for student to learn and use the different quantitative skills to resolve the real geosciences problems.%地学课程中定量技能的培养,是当前高校地理学教学中的难点问题。由于地学基础类课程是地学专业本科生首先接触的课程,因此,可以接触基础类课程的讲授向学生引入定量化的概念和方法。本文着重探讨了如何在地理学基础类课程的讲授过程中融入定量化概念的相关问题。结论认为在学院层面设计贯穿学生各阶段的教学方案,选择学生感兴趣的问题激发学生的兴趣是需要重点关注的问题。此外,通盘考虑学生的需要、课程的内容,尽可能详细、系统地制定教学计划,有助于培养学生掌握和运用不同定量方法解决实际地理学问题。
