新疆维吾尔自治区中小学少数民族'双语教育'教师培训与学历提升关系研究

Under the background of Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region education development of the eleventh five-year plan, Xinjiang primary and secondary schools implements bilingual teaching in ethnic minority teachers training project, nearly 20 years fruitful results. Autonomous region in 2007 bold education reform, "bilingual education" teachers in both autonomous region during the two years of training, accept Chinese teaching ability, at the same time with higher education self-study exam, fulfilling the specified subjects, improve degree, obtain higher education self-study exam "bilingual education" professional specialist or undergraduate diploma.%我区在《新疆维吾尔自治区教育事业发展第十一个五年规划》大背景下,实施新疆中小学少数民族教师双语教学培训工程,近20年来效果卓有成效.2007年自治区大胆进行教育革新,既自治区"双语教育"教师在两年的培训期间,接受汉语教学能力的培养,同时与高等教育自学考试接轨,完成规定的考试科目,提升学历,取得高等教育自学考试"双语教育"专业专科或本科毕业证书.
