马克思主义人学思想是关于“人”的重要思想，其中就关于人本身的存在、人存在的价值与意义、人的发展等等一系列的问题进行了相关的论述及阐释。而在当今的高校教育工作实践中，如何抓好大学生的思想教育工作，塑造他们完美和健全的独立人格，为他们形成正确人生观、世界观、价值观起到积极正确且高效的引导作用成为了最紧要的问题之一。基于以上种种原因，本文将以高校的思想政治教育为立足点，运用马克思主义人学的相关理论对高校思想政治教育所起到的启示进行论述，以期对高校思想政治教育的工作起到一丝推动与启示作用。%Marxism human thought is one of the important thought about "people", discusses about the existence of human being itself, the development of the value and significance, the existence of a series of problems. But in today's university education work practice, how to pay special attention to the college students' ideological education work, shaping and perfect their independent personality, for them to form the correct outlook on life, world outlook, the values play a positive and effective role in correct became one of the most urgent problems. Based on the above reasons, this paper will take college ideological and political education as the foothold, on the theory of Marxist humanism ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the essay discusses the enlightenment of play, the ideological and political education work in order to play a promote and enlightenment function.
