高校转型发展下地方师范应用型人才培养模式探析--以遵义师范学院为例

With the reform of Higher education initiated by the Ministry of Education, local normal colleges should conform to the development of talent cultivation and social demands by promoting the transformation and development of the cultivation mode on students’ practical abilities, which is also helpful to establish the education system with its own characteristics.%在教育部启动高校转型改革试点工作的背景下，地方师范院校必须依据人才培养的发展要求和地方社会的发展需求，积极实现师范类院校应用型人才培养模式的转型发展，从而构建具有自身特色的师范应用型人才培养体系。
