我国电子政务的研究热点与研究趋势分析

摘要

With the development of internet technology, e-government becomes a significant way to provide the public information serv-ice and management around the whole world. To explore the development hotspots and tendency of e-government in China, this paper u-ses 964 papers collected from CSSCI within the time span of 2004-2013. Firstly, multi-dimensional scaling method is used to classify 4 research hotspot groups of e-government. Then we construct 2 key words networks by using social network analysis method. The result shows that, e-government micro blog, mobile government, e-government performance evaluation and e-government public service will be the hotspots in this field with need to be paid attention to in future research.%随着互联网技术的不断发展，电子政务已经成为各国政府提供公共信息服务和进行公共管理的重要方式。为探究我国电子政务的研究热点和研究趋势，选取2004-2013年CSSCI数据库中的964篇电子政务相关主题的文献为样本展开分析，利用多维尺度分析方法将电子政务研究划分为4个主要的研究主题群，之后利用社会网络分析方法以5年为周期构建了电子政务领域的热词网络并展开分析，分析结果显示政务微博、移动政务、以政府门户网站为中心的电子政务绩效评估以及电子政务的公共服务研究是未来需要得到关注的重要研究领域。
