基于G1法赋权的进出口商品质量安全成效指数模型构建

摘要

With the growth of China's total volume of import and export trade,the CIQ takes a lot of inspection and supervision work,but its quality and safety performance is difficult to make scientific quantitative statistics and evaluation. In order to solve this problem,a set of index system of quality and safety performance statistics based on some principles is established in this paper. On this basis,the G1 method is introduced to determine the index weight,quality and safety performance index model is also set up. This method is needless to test its consistency with a strong maneuverability and easy to use.%随着我国进出口贸易总额的不断攀升，检验检疫部门承担了海量进出口商品的监管工作，但其质量安全成效还较难进行科学地量化统计和评估。针对这一问题，本文根据成效统计指标构建的原则，建立了一套质量安全成效统计指标体系。在此基础上，应用G1法确定指标权重，建立质量安全成效指数模型。该方法无需进行一致性检验，可操作性强，便于使用。
