民族院校大学生族际交往中的“民族心理距离”解析--基于三所民族院校的田野调查

民族院校各民族学生间的文化差异，决定了民族院校民族团结教育工作的特殊性与重要性。因此，研究各民族大学生的族际交往中的“民族心理距离”，对民族院校的稳定与和谐民族关系的构建具有重要的现实意义。以三所民族院校的田野调查为例，结合相关文献，对民族院校大学生族际交往中的民族心理距离进行了量表测量与非量表观测，并对其形成与影响因素加以分析，最后就民族院校各民族大学生间心理距离的调试进行了相关思考。%It’s fairly important and particular to figure out the cultural diversity between different ethnic groups in ethnic universities and colleges. Thus it has great practical significance to make the research in“ethnic psycholog-ical distance”, which may result stability and harmony in ethnic universities and colleges. The three surveys listed, which are combined with references, have made both scale and non-scale measurements in ethnic communications in ethnic universities and colleges, analysed the causes and influencing factors, and taken relevant reflections on the ad-justment for psychological distance between undergraduate students.
