产学研合作创新战略协同机制研究

摘要

本文从战略的层面研究产学研合作创新的协同系统，创新性提出战略协同的三大要素研究范式：内部战略能力一致性要素、外部战略环境要素和战略互动要素，并运用实证方法验证三要素的假设。在此基础上，重点探索提出实现产学研三方主体战略协同的机制。%〔Abstract〕 Research on Industry-University-Research cooperative innovation in the angle of strategy is done to propose the frame-work consisting of three key elements of the system . It includes the element of internal strategic orientation and ability , element of external strategic environment and element strategic interaction , which is validated using SEM . Finally , the framework of Industry -University-Research cooperative innovation strategic synergy mechanism is tried to be built based on the elements of Industry -University -Research cooperative innovation strategy collaborative research , and tips to implement the framework of the mechanism were proposed for the tripartite bodies .
