劳动力流动对中国工业化进程的影响研究--基于新经济地理学空间集聚效应

摘要

China's economic system reform gradually relaxes restrictions on labor flow , and gives play to the role of the basic config-uration of market mechanism , and labor flow causes industrial agglomeration effect , thus promotes the regional industrialization process . Using the provincial panel data of 30 provinces in China , using the panel data analysis method , from spatial agglomeration perspective of the new economic geography , this paper studys the effect of labor flow on the regional industrialization process . It draws a conclusion that China should speed up labor flow , fullly give play to industrial agglomeration effect and diffusion effect , step up the development of the in-dustrialization process , and narrow regional differences .%中国的经济体制改革逐渐放宽对劳动力自由流动的限制，发挥市场机制的基础性配置作用，劳动力自由流动引起工业的空间集聚效应，进而推动了各区域的工业化进程。本文运用中国30个省份的省级面板数据，利用面板数据的分析方法，从新经济地理学的空间集聚视角，研究劳动力流动对各区域工业化进程的影响。研究结果为，加快劳动力的自由流动，发挥工业的集聚效应和扩散效应，加快各区域的工业化进程的发展，缩小各地区间的差异。
