高职院校企业德育实践基地建设的目标与路径

摘要

职业素养是高职院校学生职业核心能力之一，在提升高职学生的职业素养中，企业德育实践基地起着非常重要的作用；企业德育实践基地的建设必须有明确的目标，合理的原则，并通过创新企业德育实践基地建设理念与思路，才能真正发挥企业德育实践基地在高职学生职业素养培养中的功能，这是校企合作与高职院校德育社会化实现的路径选择。%Professionalism is one of the students'professional core ability in higher vocational colleges.In enhancing professionalism of higher vocational college students,corporate moral education practice base plays a very important role;moral practice base construction of compa-nies must have clear objectives,reasonable principles.And the functions of corporate moral education practice base in the training of profes-sional quality of higher vocational college students can be really played by innovating corporate moral education practice base construction concepts and ideas,which is the path choice to realize the school-enterprise cooperation and moral education socialization of higher vocation-al college.
