PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an M and A target enterprise extraction system, a complementary IPC distribution information generation program; an enterprise information extraction program; an M and A target enterprise extraction program and an M and A target enterprise extraction method suitable for extracting an enterprise as the target of M and A for an enterprise which wishes M and A.;SOLUTION: In an M and A target enterprise extraction system 100, an M and A target enterprise extraction part 10 is provided with a request side IPC distribution information acquisition part 10a for acquiring request side IPC distribution information; a complementary IPC distribution information generation part 10b for generating complementary IPC distribution information based on the request side IPC distribution information; a target IPC distribution information acquisition part 10c for acquiring the IPC distribution information of another enterprise based on the complementary IPC distribution information; a comparator part 10d for comparing the complementary IPC distribution information with the target IPC distribution information; and a target enterprise extraction part 10e for extracting the target enterprise of M and A for the request enterprise based on the comparison result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
