论我国环境公共事件中的双重话语——以紫金矿业污染事件为例

Taking ＂Zijin Mining pollution incident＂ as an example, the article tries to study the different interpretations between the official discourse and civil discourse under the view of content analysis. Through the interpretation, we can see that the environmental pollution which occurs in rural areas is difficult to form ＂problem structuring＂ into public view, and the contentious discourse often shows a state of isolation and seeking right to live. In the face of environmental disaster, the mass media is un doubtedly the channels of public awareness of environmental issues and information, however, for peo ple the mass media is the most important way of constructing environmental discourse and the pursuit of environmental justice.%以2010午紫金矿业污染事件为切人点，采用内容分析的方法，考察了官方话语和民间话语对于环境污染事件的不同解读。通过这一解读，我们看到了发生在农村地区的环境污染事件难以形成“问题建构”进入公众视野，经常表现为一种孤立的、就事论事的、寻求生存权的自救行为。在环境灾难面前，大众媒体无疑是民众认识环境议题、接受环境信息不可或缺的渠道。而作为社会的监督和制衡力量，大众媒体更是民间建构环境话语、追求环境正义最为重要的途径。
