葛浩文英译莫言小说的历程分析

摘要

通过对译本时间阶段特征、译本出版状况和译者翻译风格方面的历程分析，可以发现译著的接受程度影响到译本的出版状况，译者的翻译历程与作者的创作历程有相似的时间阶段特征，译者自身在不同时间阶段翻译风格也有变化。葛浩文英译莫言小说的变化发展规律为中国现当代文学对外传播在发展阶段、译本出版和译者翻译风格上提供了可借鉴的成功而有益的经验。%It is significant to make a diachronic analysis of Howard Goldblatt’s translation of Mo Yan’s novels in the past twenty years.Based on the diachronic analysis of stage characteristics and publishing status in the transla-tion versions and Goldblatt’s translating style,it finds the acceptance of translating versions in overseas influence their publishing status,there are stage characteristics of Goldblatt’s translating process similar to Mo Yan’s writ-ing course,and the change of translating style in different stage.The developing and changing rules of Goldblatt’ s translation of Mo Yan’s novels can be drawn successfully and rewarding lessons from developing stage of transla-ting versions,publishing process of translating versions,and translator’s translating style for modern and contem-porary Chinese literature going global.
