数字货币资源配置的法律问题研究

摘要

The digital currency,as a network of natural resource,must obtain the corresponding legal status in the process of allocation for the common property,private money,national currency and even the world currency.The urgent problem to be solved in our legislation is how to define the legal attribution of digital currency and imple-ment effective supervision on it.%数字货币作为一种网络自然资源，在配置为普通财产、民间货币、国家货币甚至世界货币的过程中，必然获得相应的法律地位。如何界定数字货币的法律属性并对其实施有效监管，是我国立法亟待解决的问题。
