Education is to moisten soul.The rising and perfection of education decide modern people＇s growth.We should understand correctly the rational connotation of education and the cultural tradition about the dignity of the teaching profession,review the status and problems on the dignity of the teaching profession in traditional education,inquire about the necessity and the new connotation of the construction of a new type teacher-student relationship： ＂respecting teachers and valuing study＂.%教育是塑造灵魂与滋润心灵的,教育的崛起与完善决定着现代人的成长与发展。正确认识教育的理性内涵与＂师道尊严＂的文化传统,反观传统教育＂师道尊严＂的现状与问题,探寻并梳理出构建新时代新型师生关系的必要性与新内涵：＂尊师重学＂有积极的现实意义。
