In the context of a harmonious society and scientific development concept, as the ultimate goal of Marxist theory-- the value of the free and comprehensive development demands becomes increasingly prominent. At the same time women as the part of people, how to develop in this social context, become the hot issues of theory study today. The free and comprehensive de- velopment theory of Marxism not only has pointed out the direction for the development of women' s liberation, and also has a very important practical and theoretical significance for new era female liberation development practice.%在和谐社会和科学发展观的语境下，作为马克思主义理论的终极目标——人的自由全面发展的价值诉求El益凸显。同时女性作为人的一部分如何在这样的社会背景下发展，成为当今理论界研究的热点问题。马克思主义人的自由全面发展理论不仅为女性解放的发展指明了方向，对于新时期女性解放发展实践有着极为重要的现实意义和理论意义。
