单位制是中国计划经济时代的重要组织形式。单位制解体后，原有社会管理中的诸多弊端不断显现出来，后单位制时代下的档案管理困境即是例证。后单位制时代下的档案管理不足，主要表现为信息化不全、科学化不足与灵活化不够。要走出档案管理的困境，需推进档案管理的现代化，即数字化、网络化与专业化建设。%In 1864, the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom was suppressed, whether Zhongwang Li Xiucheng wrote "confession" ( or "readme" ), this is the problem which historians have argued since over 100 years. According to the author' s rake comb of L/ Xiucheng" Tale and Zheng Guofan home rich collection data, we found that Li Xiucheng actually wrote "readme" ; Zheng Guofan also expurgated "readme" in order to collect the reward, but did not let it be destroyed. The book had been later stored in Xiangxiang, the former residence of Zeng Guofan rich hall for nearly 80 years, was moved to Taiwan by grandchildren. The home' s large collection of books is transported to Hunan provincial library, Museum.
