目的 观察利奈唑胺治疗革兰氏阳性耐药菌所致肺炎的临床疗效,探讨相关护理对策.方法 选取我院2010年7月～2011年6月收治的革兰氏阳性耐药菌所致肺炎患者37例,均给予利奈唑胺静脉滴注治疗,观察患者临床疗效及治疗前后血常规、肝肾功能水平变化.结果 患者平均接受利奈唑胺治疗(13.8±3.9)d,临床总有效率为83.78%;主要不良反应为血小板减少,发生率为18.9%,但肝肾功能治疗前后没有明显变化.结论 利奈唑胺治疗革兰氏阳性耐药菌所致高龄老年肺炎疗效显著,且耐受性较好,但需要重视治疗期间的相关护理.%Objective To observe the efficacy of Linezolid on pneumonia caused by drug-resistant Gram-positive bacteria, and explore the nursing countermeasures. Methods 37 patients with drug-resistant Gram-positive cocci pneumonia caused by drug-resistant Gram-positive cocci were treated with linezolid in our hospital from July 2010 to June 2011, the clinical therapeutic effect, blood routine, changes of liver, renal function were observed before and after treatment. Results The patients were treated by Linezolid for (13.8±3.9) d average, the total effective rate was 83.78%; the principal adverse reaction was thrombocytopenia, of which incidence was 18.9% ; Liver, renal function were not changed significantly before and after treatment. Conclusion Linezolid had significant effect on treatment of pneumonia caused by drug-resistant Gram-positive bacteria, and it was well tolerated in elderly patients , while nursing should be paid attention during treatment.
