基层电大思政教师校际合作教学研究——以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想课程教师教学合作为例

     

摘要

基层电大师资的不足及整体素质的相对低下是其无法回避但又必须面对的现实,而基层电大思政教师的队伍建设更为落后。本文正是以此为基点,以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想课程为依托,设计校际间的教学合作模式,希望通过这一模式解决师资队伍薄弱的问题。%It is an unavoidable fact that the teachers in grassroots TVUs are short and their overall quality is relatively low. The construction of ideological and political teachers is far more backward. Therefore, taking Deng Xiaoping Theory and "Three Repre sents" Important Thoughts course as the basis, this paper designs a model for Inter university teaching cooperation, so as to solve the problems of the teachers" shortage, and promote the overall teaching and research ability for ideological teachers in Grassroots TVUs.
