SUBBASE COURSE MATERIAL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subbase course material of which the whole quantity of construction sludge can be reproduced in high productivity at a low cost and having sufficient strength and its manufacturing method. ;SOLUTION: Concrete aggregate and cement are only mixed with the construction sludge, the mixture is dried out, and the dry mixture is crushed to obtain the subbase course material. It is favorable that a concrete scrap is crushed to use as the concrete aggregate because it has a large surface area with high water absorptivity, and when the cement is usually used, a mix proportion rate is designed in construction sludge 100: concrete aggregate 90 to 110: cement 40 to 60. When a particle size is set in 0 to 30 mm or 0 to 40 mm after the crush, compressive strength necessary for the subbase course material is obtained to have good workability.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
