PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a fluorocarbon decomposition product-containing molding contributing to resource recovery of a fluorocarbon decomposition product and a waste powder coating material and to provide a fluorocarbon decomposition product-containing road pavement material contributing to the resource recovery of the fluorocarbon decomposition product and a fluorocarbon decomposition product-containing subbase course material contributing to the resource recovery of the fluorocarbon decomposition product. PSOLUTION: The fluorocarbon decomposition product-containing molding is formed by mixing the waste powder coating material with the fluorocarbon decomposition product (the fluorocarbon decomposition product in the form of powder, half solid or slurry), packing the mixture into a molding flask and subjecting the mixture to heat treatment, then releasing the molding from the flask. The fluorocarbon decomposition product-containing road pavement material is obtained by mixing the powdery fluorocarbon decomposition product with regenerated asphalt.
