基于AGIL模型的职校文化建设

摘要

职校文化建设是职校改革、发展的一项重要内容,对职校优化育人环境,提高教学质量有重大影响.本文以AGIL模型为研究工具,重点以其四项功能适应、达鹄、整合、维模为依据,对职校文化建设系统进行功能对应分析,并结合职校文化建设现状,摸索其校园文化建设的有效途径.%The culture construction in vocational schools is an important content of reform and development of vocational schools.It has a significant impact for vocational schools to optimize the education environment and improve the teaching quality.In this paper,the AGIL model as research tools,according to its 4 function: adaption;goal attainment;integration;latency pattern maintenance,to analyze corresponding function of vocational schools' culture construction system,based on this,and combined with present situation of the construction of culture in vocational Schools,exploring effective ways of the construction of campus culture.
