摘要

Objective To compare the amentoflavone content changes of Selaginella involven Spring in the different growing season. Methods Using HPLC to quantitative analysis the amentoflavone of the sample. Results The amentoflavone content was highest in May, began reducing from September and was lowest in December . Conclusion There were significant different of amentoflavone content in Selaginella involven Spring between different seasons, this result can be used to provide the basis to gather the Selaginella involven Spring at the right moment and reasonably developed .%目的:建立兖州卷柏中特征成分穗花杉双黄酮的含量测定方法,比较不同生长季节兖州卷柏中穗花双黄酮的含量.方法:采用HPLC法对样品中总黄酮醇苷和总内酯进行定量分析.对样品中穗花双黄酮进行定量分析.结果:5月份穗花杉双黄酮含量最高,9月份后稳花杉双黄酮含量有所降低,12月份穗花杉双黄酮含量最低.结论:不同季节兖州卷柏中穗花杉双黄酮含量差异较大,此结果为适时采收兖州卷柏质量评价和合理开发利用提供依据.
