Objective:To research the factors effecting the extraction capacity of quercetin in Ardisia mamillata root.Methords:Ardisia mamillata root was used as the raw material to optimize the ultrasonic extraction process conditions of quercetin,and compared with conventional extraction method,at the same time studied the content change rule of quercetin in Ardisia mamillata root in different harvest seasons.Results:The extraction capacity of quercetin in Ardisia mamillata root was (8.93 ± 0.23)mg/g,under the following process conditions:solid-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 30(g/mL),ethanol volume fraction of 60%,microwave power of 200W,and extraction duration of 65min,which was 2.41mg/g higher than that of ethanol heating reflux method.Meanwhile,variation rule of quercetin content in Ardisia mamillata root in various harvest seasons was investigated.The results showed that quercetin content was higher in spring and autumn while lower in winter and summer,with the lowest content being seen in January.Conclusion:Provide evidences for enhancing Ardisia mamillata's added vaule and reasonably selecting harvest time.%目的:研究虎舌红根中槲皮素提取量的影响因素.方法:以虎舌红根为原料,优化超声波提取槲皮素工艺条件,并与常规提取方法进行比较,同时研究不同采收季节虎舌红根中槲皮素含量变化规律.结果:料液比为1∶30 (g/mL)、乙醇体积分数为60%、超声功率为200W、提取时间为65min,此工艺条件下,虎舌红根中槲皮素提取量为(8.93±0.23) mg/g,高出乙醇加热回流法2.41mg/g;春、秋两季槲皮素含量水平较高,而冬、夏两季较少,在1月份含量最低.结论:为提高虎舌红的附加值及合理选择采收时间提供依据.
