转子叶片在声波激振作用下的谐响应数值仿真分析

         

摘要

In this paper, by the harmonic response analysis method with prestressed of the theory of finite element, using the finite element analysis software ANSYS13.0 have a simulation analysis to rotor blade, when the frequency of acoustic excitation keep a constants, the curve relationship between the value of acoustic intensity and stress response of the rotor blade, and when the value of acoustic intensitykeep a constants, the relationship of curve between the frequency of acoustic excitation and stress response of the rotor blade. By the simulation analysis of the harmonic response shows that, when the value of acoustic intensity acting on the rotor blades has been reached 150 dB, and when the value of the frequency of acoustic excitation about 750Hz, the effect of stress on the rotor blades is increased significantly. In the design of the rotor blade work condition, some appropriate measures should be taken to avoid the phenomenon of resonance here, so that it can be improve the life of the rotor blades, and safety performance.%基于有限元理论的预应力谐响应分析方法,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对转子叶片进行数值仿真分析,探讨当激振声频一定时,声强与转子叶片应力响应之间的关系曲线,以及当声强一定时,激振声频与叶片应力响应之间的关系曲线。通过谐响应数值仿真分析可知,当作用在转子叶片上的声强到达150dB,且声波激振频率在750Hz左右时,转子叶片产生明显的共振现象,叶片的应力明显增大。在设计转子叶片的工况时,应该采取相应的措施以避免在此处产生共振,提高转子叶片寿命,以及安全性能。
