The device has a helicoidal band (10) that is deployed around a central tube (2), where the band is divided into a series of flexible elastic blades (15, 16) that are individually folded back and forth by force of transverse fluid. Each blade rotates from one of its side remained fixed to the band by single elastic property of a material of the blade. The central tube slides longitudinally freely around a fixed tube (1). The blades are connected to the band using hinges (18, 19).
