高职工商管理类专业课教学研究——以南华工商学院为例

         

摘要

当前我国高职工商管理类专业课教学仍然是偏重系统理论知识的传授,未能按照高职教育的特点组织教学,实际操作能力培养不足.以教师为中心进行教学阻碍了高职工商管理类专业人才的成长,培养的人才已经不能适应社会经济发展的需求.本文的研究基于教育部关于高职教学所提倡的任务驱动、项目导向等学做一体的教学模式的教学要求,倡导"在教师指导下以学生为主体"的核心理念,强化学生的应用能力和职业素质,将任务驱动、项目导向与高职工商管理类专业课教学有机地结合起来,从"情境创设"、"协作"、"意义建构"三个方面调查南华工商学院工商管理类专业课教学存在的问题,分析原因,提出改进策略,提高教学质量.%In china today the industry and commerce administration professional course teaching in higher vocational college lays particular stress on impacting system theory as usual, which fails to organize teaching according to the characteristic of higher vocational education, so that it leads to cultivate students'operability poorly. Teacher-centric for teaching has hindered the industry and commerce administration professionals growth in higher vocational college, which has made the professionals can't adapted to the requirement of social economic development. Based on the requirement of higher vocational education of the task-driven and project-oriented teaching, this paper advocates the core idea of student-oriented under the teachers'leading, strengthens the students'application ability and occupational qualities, and combines the task-driven and project-oriented with the course teaching. This paper investigates the subsistent problems of industry and commerce administration professional course teaching in NanHua College of Industry and Commerce from from the three aspects of"scene creation","cooperation", and"sense-making", to analyze the cause and put forward improvement strategy and enhance the teaching quality.
