能动司法理念下行政诉讼司法建议探析

摘要

Under the concept of activism Judicial ,the judicial suggestions of administrative litigation is a realistic subject. This paper researches the judicial suggestions of administrative Litigation under the concept of activism Judicial. The hindering factors about judicial recommendation system in china are put forward. Effective countermeasures are proposed about judicial suggestions of administrative litigation.%能动司法理念下行政诉讼司法建议是一个具有现实意义的课题。本文拟对能动司法理念下行政诉讼司法建议进行系统深入的研究，提出我国司法建议制度的阻滞性因素，进而提出完善我国行政诉讼司法建议制度的有效对策。
