国际商务英语中法律文献的语言特点及其翻译标准

摘要

The legal document of international business English is an indispensable part for people to carry out in-ternational business activities. The legal document of international business English has a strong professional character-istics. The purpose of this paper is to further quest for the linguistic features and translation criteria of legal documents of international business English so as to faithfully express the meaning of the original, keep the legal characteristics and business features of original texts, and make the target language accurate and formal.%　　国际商务英语中的法律文献是全球化经济背景下人们进行国际商务活动所必不可缺少的重要组成部分。国际商务英语中的法律文献具有极强的专业性特色，它的语言具有用词精确严谨、正式规范等特点，但在翻译中某些条文晦涩难懂，用词意义模糊。忠实、规范应成为商务英语法律文献翻译的最重要标准，即尽可能做到语义、风格上与原文保持一致。
