对我国失地农民体育发展社会环境的SWOT探析--以长沙市为例

There are many problems in the sports development of land-lost farmers, such as redundant events, in-sufficient system, ineffective publicizing, lack of sports facilities and organization, lack of public sports service system, etc. The whole society should construct a good sports atmosphere, lead the land-lost farmers to cultivate healthy way of life, strengthen fundamental organization construction, train high-quality sports workers, enhance publicizing, ac-tively cultivate land-lost farmers' correct sports value outlook.%失地农民体育发展存在制度不够完善，宣传教育力度不够、体育设施缺乏，社区活动缺乏组织、公共体育服务体系欠缺等问题。全社会必须营造良好的健身氛围，积极引导失地农民养成健康的生活方式、加强基层组织建设，培养高素质的综合体育工作者、加大宣传力度，积极培育失地农民正确的体育价值观。
