小学新手教师处于教师成长的关键时期，需要给予系统性的专业支持和帮助，建构由动力支持系统、运行操作系统和支持保障系统协同构成的区域性小学新手教师专业发展支持系统，通过目标引领、团队支撑、课程设置、平台搭建和路径选择等运行模式可以加快新手教师专业发展的进程。%At a critical stage of professional development, novice primary school teachers desire systematic profes-sional support-a support system collaboratively composed of motivating system, operating system and guarantee sys-tem. Operating modes like goal guidance, team support, curriculum design, platform establishment and route choice may quicken the process of novice primary school teachers’professional development.
