The culture is not only the national spirit gene and the heart cipher of the human-being but also the motive and the symbol of social progress and time changes. The culture makes very important position and the role in the competition of the comprehensive national forces. Under the background of the globalization shortage of the cultural security may lead to changes of the domestic life styles of people and the value views. To maintain the national culture safety is very pressed demand of strengthening national soft-power and the international impact power of the international influence of Chinese culture.
