基于正交设计的制丝工艺参数对叶丝质量的影响

     

摘要

采用正交试验设计方法,探究松散回潮回风温度、加料回风温度、加料出口含水率、烘丝蒸汽流量、烘丝筒壁温度、烘丝热风温度、烘丝排潮负压7个工艺参数对叶丝整丝率、碎丝率、填充值和感官质量的影响,运用直观分析、方差分析和综合平衡法优化工艺参数.结果表明:①松散回潮回风温度显著影响叶丝碎丝率、填充值及感官质量,加料回风温度仅显著影响填充值,加料出口含水率对叶丝整丝率、填充值和碎丝率影响较小,烘丝蒸汽流量、烘丝筒壁温度、烘丝热风温度、烘丝排潮负压对叶丝整丝率、填充值和碎丝率和感官质量均有影响;②在试验范围内,制丝工艺参数的优选组合为松散回潮回风温度57 ℃,加料回风温度52 ℃,加料出口含水率19.5%,烘丝蒸汽流量700 kg/h,烘丝筒壁温度132 ℃,烘丝热风温度115 ℃,烘丝排潮负压–18 μbar,经验证,整丝率、填充值及感官质量总分较优化前分别提高了3.84%、0.44 cm3/g、5.1分,碎丝率降低了0.23%,优化后的制丝工艺提高了叶丝质量.%The effects of 7 parameters including return air temperature in loose resurgence, return air temperature in casing process, moisture content of exports in casing process, tobacco drying steam flow, tobacco drying wall temperature, tobacco drying hot blast temperature and moisture removal suction in tobacco drying during tobacco primary processing on tobacco whole cut rate, broken filament rate, filling power and sensory quality were explored based on orthogonal design method, the optimization of process parameters was done based on intuitive analysis, variance analysis and comprehensive balance method. Results showed that ① return air temperature in loose resurgence had significant effect on broken filament rate, filling power and sensory quality; return air temperature in casing process only had significant effect on filling power;moisture content of exports in casing process had little effect on tobacco whole cut rate, broken filament rate and tobacco filling power; steam flow, wall temperature, hot blast temperature and moisture removal suction in cut tobacco drying process influenced tobacco whole cut rate, broken filament rate, tobacco filling power and sensory quality; ② during the range of experiment, the optimum combination of tobacco primary processing parameter is as follows: return air temperature of 57 ℃ for loose resurgence; return air temperature of 52 ℃ and exports moisture content of 19.5% in casing process; steam flow of 700 kg/h, wall temperature of 132 ℃, hot blast temperature of 115 ℃ and moisture removal suction of –18 μbar in cut tobacco drying process. It is proved that whole cut rate, filling power and sensory quality score were increased by 3.84%, 0.44 cm3/g and 5.1, respectively and rate of broken filament was decreased by 0.23%. Therefore, the optimized silk process parameters could improve the cut tobacco quality effectively.
