Hierarchical MCM-22 zeolite with microporous-mesoporous structure is applied in the catalytic isomerization of α-pinene to synthesis of camphene and limonene, and presents excellent catalytic activity.The effects of solvents, reaction temperature, and reaction time on the isomerization of α-pinene have been studied.More importantly, calcination at high temperature is not necessary for the reaction-regeneration recycling of the MCM-22 catalyt.MCM-22 has been proven to be an efficient heterogeneous catalyst with a highly recyclable stability.%具有微孔-介孔分级结构的MCM-22分子筛被应用于催化α-蒎烯异构化合成莰烯和柠檬烯的反应中,并表现出优异的催化性能.系统考察溶剂、反应温度、反应时间等对α-蒎烯异构化的影响.MCM-22催化α-蒎烯异构化具有效率高的特点,更重要的是其反应-再生循环无需高温处理.循环使用实验表明该催化剂稳定性极好,可多次重复使用.
