城市“黑车”治理的博弈分析——基于武汉高校周边“黑车”的调查分析

摘要

The flooding of the＂black car＂ around colleges and universities has affected the safety of city residents and ur- ban development. Based on the dynamic game analysis of the benefits for the relevant subjects with ＂black car＂ around col- leges and universities, including students, the owners of ＂black car＂ as well as public managers, this essay find the balanced results of coordinating all parties＂ interests and finally put some suggestions such as improving the transport state according to local conditions and cutting down the operating costs of regular cars.%高校周围“黑车”泛滥，对城市居民的安全以及城市的发展造成了不小的影响。本文基于对武汉高校周围“黑车”的相关主体包括学生、“黑车”主以及公共交通治理者进行利益的博弈动态分析，得出了协调各方利益主体的均衡博弈解，并提出了因地制宜改善交通状况，降低正规车营运费用的相关意见与建议。
