陕西游客感知武当山旅游形象的调研

     

摘要

武当山的陕西游客近年来增长迅速,陕西已成为武当山的三大客源地之一。通过调查陕西游客对武当山旅游形象的评价,运用多元统计方法对调查数据进行分析,得出以下结论:陕西游客对武当山的总体印象良好,“上当山”印象尚存,交通费用高、时间成本等因素影响陕西游客的满意度。据此,提出了进一步提升武当山旅游形象的具体措施。%  Shaanxi tourists have grown rapidly in Wudang mount in recent years,and Shaanxi Province has become one of the three biggst tourist generating regions of Wudang Mountain. Based on the survey of Shaanxi tourists, it draws following conclusions:the general impression is good, but most of the tourists feel fooled after the tour. More transportatiion cost and time are the impacting factors for satisfaction.Finally some specific measures to enhance tourism image of Wudang Mountain are presented.
