高校社会体育专业开展校企合作办学的实践与探索

摘要

Cooperation of running schools between schools and enterprises can be conducted from the following aspects: collaboration of personnel training, scientific research, development of fitness programs, market promotion, opening up a new specialty, social service,etc. Accordingly, cooperation organizations and mode should be existed, cooperation agreement should be signed and some related institutions should be perfected.In the process of cooperation, it is reasonable to enlarge the depth and the breadth of the cooperation, to set up an excellent operation machanism, to optimize the mode for talent training, to promote the enterprise qualification and to strive for governments’ support.%为解决当前高校存在的人才培养目标定位不清、培养方式封闭等问题，文章以社会体育专业为例，探讨校企合作办学的新途径。提出校企合作办学可从协同培养人才、科学研究、开发健身项目、市场推广、开办新专业、社会服务等方面展开。在合作办学体制机制上要成立校企合作组织机构、确定合作模式、签订合作协议、完善制度建设。通过共建师资队伍和多功能实习、实训基地、确定人才培养目标与规格、共同构建课程体系等环节做好校企合作办学工作。最后提出扩大校企合作的深度与广度、建立良好运行机制、优化人才培养模式、提升合作企业资质、力争获得政府支持等建议。
