中职学校差异化发展策略探析

摘要

目前中等职业学校普遍存在着招生难、生源数量少且质差、毕业生就业困难等问题。这直接影响了中职教育的可持续发展。解决此问题的关键在于能否差异化发展，突出自身的办学特色。本文从专业设置、教学手段、办学模式、管理方式差异化等四个方面提供办学差异化的解决的方案和策略。%Presently,most middle vocational schools face the problems of enrollment difficulties,small amount of students,and graduates＇ employment difficulties,which affect the continuous development of middle vocational education directly.The key to these problems lies in how to promote differentiation development,and illuminate educational specialties.The paper provides schemes and strategies to assist the differentiation development from aspects of major setting-up,teaching tools,school-running mode and management style.
