提高社区护理高职生学习主动性和积极性的对策

摘要

前期已经对我院社区护理高职生的学习现状进行了问卷调查研究，从调查结果中我们得知：我院社区护理学生的学习主动性与积极性欠缺，例如：能够做到课前预习课后复习的学生只占学生人数的到8％，很多学生都是应付了事，得过且过，缺乏一种学习的自觉意识。提高社区护理高职生学习主动性和积极性已经迫在眉睫！本文在调查社区护理高职生学习现状的基础上进行了原因分析，并对提高社区护理高职生的学习主动性和积极性提出了应对措施。%Recent questionnaire survey shows that many shortcomings in learning initiative and enthusiasm are existing among students of community nursing major.For instance,only 8% of the total students preview the lessons before class and review the lessons after class,many students only deal with settles.It is extremely urgent to improve students'learning initiative and enthusiasm.Based on questionnaire survey,this paper finds the causes of above problems,tries to come up with countermeas-ures to improving learning initiative and enthusiasm of community nursing students.
