未成年人刑事案件附条件不起诉制度适用探析

摘要

In the recent introduction of the criminal law amendment,it has made special provisions for minor criminal cases of-conditional non -prosecution system.This paper mainly summarizes the main characteristics and causes of juvenile criminal ca-ses with non -prosecution,the applicable conditions and types and makes a brief analysis on the objective existence of the prob-lems in the process of application as well as puts forward relevant suggestions.%新近出台的刑法修正案中，对于未成年人刑事案件附条件不起诉制度作出了特别规定。本文主要概述了未成年人刑事案件附条件不起诉的主要特点与原因，以及相关适用条件与类型，并就其适用过程中客观存在的问题作出扼要分析，藉此提出相关完善建议。
