民办高校“90后”大学生特点及教育策略研究

摘要

成长环境、社会影响、经济发展与多元化文化的大碰撞等诸多方面的影响，形成了民办高校“90后”大学生特有的性格和特点。这些特点给民办高校的管理与教育工作提出了严峻考验。高校思想政治教育者应准确把握“90后”大学生的特点，积极探索符合时代发展要求、符合教育对象特征的教育新途径，走一条有特色的民办高校“90后”大学生教育、管理和服务道路，着力培养出符合新时期社会发展需要的栋梁之才。%Post-90s students'unique personality and characteristics in private colleges are influnced by the growth environ-ment,social impact,economic development and cultural diversity and soon.These features give a severe test to the manage-ment and education in private colleges.Ideological and political education should accurately grasp the Post-90s students'char-acteristics,and actively explore new ways to meet the requirements of the development of education,be in line with the object characteristic of education,and take a distinctive roads to train Post -90s students to meet the development needs of the new era.
