应用型本科高校“双师双能”型教师队伍建设研究

摘要

应用型本科院校以培养应用型人才为目的，人才的培养需要优秀的教师队伍作保障。本文就应用型本科院校“双师双能”型教师队伍的建设进行研究，指出应用型本科院校在“双师双能”型教师队伍建设方面存在的问题，并提出具有指导意义的解决意见。%Training applied talents which need excellent teachers is the purpose of applied undergraduate.So Applied Under-graduate did a lot of work on this.The paper research on the "double quality"and "double skills"teaching staff construction of applied undergraduate and points out the existing problems and several solutions.
