宪法实施与中国社会治理模式的转型研究

摘要

The implementation of the constitution has made an important contribution to the development and governance of the society in our country.And in the future for a long period of time,the constitution will be used in social governance.There-fore,based on this understanding,this paper studies the implementation of the Constitution and the transformation of the mode of social governance in China,so as to provide a reference for the people who pay attention to this topic.%宪法的实施，为我国社会的发展和治理做出了重要的贡献。而在未来较长的一段时间里，宪法都将在社会治理中得到运用。因此，基于这种认识，本文对宪法实施与中国社会治理模式的转型问题展开了研究，从而为关注这一话题的人们提供参考。
